Those tools were built by software companies. Ours was built by us — the operators — not by developers we hired. We wrote it, tested it, and use it in our own shop every day. They charge $500–$2,000 a month and nickel-and-dime you for add-ons. We charge $9.99 a month with 3 seats included and $2 a month for each extra seat up to 12, and we know what it's like to run your business at 5pm on a Friday.
